Should I invest in Malaysian Resources Corporate Bhd?

A Bloomberg article reported an analyst view that Malaysian shares should do well in 2020, after suffering a bad year in 2019.

A person suggested that I should look at MRCB. It is connected to the Malaysian govt.

Here is the key info. (see graphic below).

It has a PE ratio of 71.2 and a dividend yield of 2.4%. I find it unattractive. The PE ratio is too high.
