Two weeks ago, I bought 30,000 shares Capitaland for my SRS account at $3.31. Later, I added another 39,100 shares at $3.75. The stock price has now moved up to $3.84.

As this is quite close to the offer price of $4.10 for the restructure of Capitaland, I decided to sell 30,000 shares and realize a profit of $15,900.

I reinvested the total proceeds from the sale into 17,000 shares of  Hongkong land at the price of US4.93.

After this change, my SRS account has the following:

Capitaland $147,000
Hongkong Land - $111,000
Yangzijiang - $88,200
Cash - $5,000
