I have a large holding in this stock. It has a small market cap of $65 m. So, my holdings of $112,000 represent almost 0.2%.

I invested in this stock because its book value per share is $0.70, cash per share is $0.23 and the market price of each share is $0.158.

The market value is less than its cash per share.

The company is a major contractor for the Deep Tunnel Sewerage System Phase 2. It had to stop operation for the past two years, due to the pandemic.

With the opening up of the economy and the return of foreign workers, it should be able to resume its operations.

It also has a property development business and manages a hotel. They contribute to its strong asset value.

There is a negative point. It has a high debt/equity ratio of 111%. (I did not notice this high debt ratio before).

I have, for a long time, considered that this stock is sound and is grossly undervalued. Indeed, the trading is quite low.

I hope that the fortunes will now change, and the stock will move up in value.

Note - This is a personal view. I am not giving investment advice.
