Review of Singapore Airlines (C6L.SI)
29 Jul 2022 (470 views)

Singapore Airlines reported a net profit of S$387 million for the first quarter of 2022 (end June). See report

If this is annualized for 1 year, the net profit will be $1.5 billion. The current market capitalization of $15.9 billion represents 10.6 times of the annualized profit.  This is fair value.

The forward PE ratio of Delta Airlines is 10.0 times and for Qantas is 20.0 times, roughly.

The highest price for SIA stock was $13, prior to the pandemic. The current price of $5.36 represents a drop of 59%. Will SIA stock rebound to its pre-pandemic price?

Note - This is a personal observation. It is not investment advice.
