I invested $511,978 SGD in 2 China tech stocks (Alibaba and Baidu). I bought the stocks when they dropped about 35% below the 52 week high. The prices at the peak were much higher.

The stocks dropped by a further 30% since I bought them, giving me a loss of $157,713.  

I expect these two stocks to recover over the next few months, as the China economy recovers. I will wait for the recovery to happen. 

The current price of Alibaba is 75% below its 5 year high. For Baidu, it is 67% below.
