Property tax increase in 2022

I own 3 properties, one is owner occupied and the other two are rented out.

My property tax for 2023 increased by 16% compared to 2022. The increase is 13% and 28% for the rented properties and 4% for the owner occupied property.

The property tax is based on annual value and the rate of tax. One rented property probably have a higher annual value (due to increase in rental rates).
