Notice is given that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (OEGM) of the Financial Services Consumer Association (FISCA) will be held on Mon 4 December 2023, 9 pm to 10 pm by Zoom meeting to approve the following resolutions:

1. To discontinue FISCA as an association from 1 January 2024.
2. To appoint Tan Kin Lian to continue the FISCA website in his personal capacity
3. To transfer a sum of $2,400 to Tan Kin Lian for the maintenance of the website for 2024, to meet the obligations towards members who have paid their subscription fees.
4. To transfer the balance of the funds of the association (estimated to be less than $5,000) to the Homeless Heart of Singapore, a registered charity in Singapore.
